Shetland Sheepdog

The Shetland Sheepdog, often referred to as the "Sheltie," is a small to medium-sized herding breed known for its intelligence, agility, and sweet disposition. Originating from the Shetland Islands of Scotland, they were originally bred to work as herding dogs for sheep and other livestock.

Shetland Sheepdogs have a graceful and well-proportioned body with a double coat that is long, straight, and abundant. Their coat comes in various colors, including sable, black, and blue merle, with varying amounts of white markings. They have a distinctive mane of fur around their neck and a plumed tail that curls over their back.
