The Xoloitzcuintli, often referred to as the Xolo, is a unique and ancient dog breed known for its distinctive appearance, intelligence, and loyalty. These dogs come in three sizes - toy, miniature, and standard - and can weigh anywhere from 10 to 55 pounds, standing between 10 to 23 inches tall at the shoulder. Xolos are characterized by their hairless or coated varieties, with skin that ranges from smooth to wrinkled. They may come in various colors, including black, gray, bronze, or a combination thereof.
